Salsa Dance Lessons : Getting out of 2-hand holds
Well, say this three times fast! “Double-handed, hand holds”. That should be a salsa tongue twister. Anyways, here is another episode of our podcast! Today we go over a couple of slick ways of getting out of two-handed holds in combos.
You know, sometimes you end-up with holding the follower’s both hands (crossed position) and maybe don’t know how to be slick about getting back to normal for the next move? Well, we summarize a couple of ways of doing it, so you can just pick one whenever you end up in that position!

A lot of Salsa …
A lot of Salsa isn’t choreographed. Especially out when you are dancing socially. In basics guys are taught to lead just as ladies are taught to follow.

I love your lessons apersaud thanks. I find it helps to go thru each step slowly before speeding up the process, the rest is practice, practice, practice. If all else fails then try line dancing!!!
